Edward K Song, holds a B.S.,M.S.,Ph.D, Physical Education; a Ph.D, Traditional Eastern Medicine; an L.Ac (Licensed Acupuncturist in Illinois and Texas) and is the founder and director of Universal Institute of Pragmatic Education (Uni-Ped).

With 30 years of medical and pharmacology experience in Korea and the U.S. A., Dr. Song, is also a qualified instructor of English.   His texts, Expressions and Conversations, are designed to make the transition from Korean To English as easy as possible.  As a strong team leader, he enthusiastically maintains a calm and positive learning environment.  Integrity, loyalty and dedication have won him the respect of his peers, patients, and students.  He is effective in creating organizations where individuals are encouraged to excel at their own pace.

Dr. Song was the founding president of the Korean-American Eastern Medical Association, the American Board of Eastern Medicine and the American Board of Hygiene and Phlebotomy.   He is the founder and president of, OHTC Health Care Systems , OHTC Research Foundation and OHTC Martial Arts Association.  Presently, he is serving as President of the National Commission of Traditional Martial Arts and President of the Accreditation Commission of Traditional Martial Arts.

Karen Askew, J.D.

 Karen Askew graduated with B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 1990 with emphasis in English and Business Administrations.

 Obtained J.D. from University of Tulsa in 1987 with course study at Baylor University Waco, Texas.  Obtained Law License from State of Texas November 1987 and has been general practice since then.

 John Bradford Parsons, B.A., M.A.

Education: Graduated from Kenyon College in 1977 and obtain B.A. degree in History.  Graduated from Southern Methodist University with Master of General Arts in 1993

 

Philippe Lewis, B.S

Education: Graduated from European University at Switzerland.  Currently a student of Southern Methodist University.  Certified Texas Realtor.

 

Marion Clayton Moore, A.S.

Education:  Graduated University of Central Arkansas in 2000 with A.S. degree
